Robo Co-op is an online community where people support one another through digital skills. Anyone can join from anywhere, at any time. We learn together in small groups of five, building social capital through teamwork. We collaborate on digital projects through flexible remote work, creating real-world impact. We also grow together by empowering members to teach new refugees, sharing rewards fairly based on contribution, and making decisions democratically as a cooperative.
