Complete creative freedom: videos, blog posts, reels, podcasts, carousels, newsletters, or any format that speaks to you.
Create 1-2 content pieces per month. Quality over quantity – we value impact storytelling above all.
Light-touch approach with a creative freedom document outlining themes, tone, and content safety practices.
Quarterly online gatherings hosted by us, plus optional self-organized local meetups for community building.

Receive guidance to publish monthly content (1-2 pieces) focused on peace, inclusion, and digital innovation with mentor support.
