On October 18, 2025, Robo Co-op, a general incorporated association, made its first booth exhibition at the Ritsumeikan University 125th Anniversary Commemorative Event held at the Kyoto International Conference Center.
■Showcasing Robo Co-op’s Initiatives Under the Theme “WE ARE PIONEERS”
At the booth, under the theme “WE ARE PIONEERS,” Robo Co-op showcased its mission and initiatives such as the Career Impact Bond and Digital Impact Sourcing. The exhibition clearly illustrated how Robo Co-op leverages digital systems to support individuals and teams in achieving their goals, making its activities easy for visitors to understand.
■Professional Booth Setup and Visitor Engagement
Located in the Rimix Lounge area, the Robo Co-op booth drew attention with its striking design and comprehensive content. Key features included.
▫Comprehensive Display Panels: Introduced Robo Co-op’s four main areas of support for companies and organizations—AI/DX human resource development, crowd-sourcing and outsourcing solutions, ESG/SDGs implementation support, and community and team development.
▫Service Flow Visualization: Illustrated the process from initial consultation and needs assessment to proposal development, contracting, and project implementation.
▫Digital Presentation: A laptop showcased dynamic digital content highlighting Robo Co-op’s services and social impact.
▫Information Materials: Professionally printed brochures and flyers were distributed to visitors throughout the four-hour exhibition period (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
■Engaging with the Ritsumeikan Community
Throughout the event, Robo Co-op members actively interacted with Ritsumeikan University alumni and stakeholders.
Through booth presentations, the team effectively conveyed the organization’s philosophy of empowering people through digital transformation while fostering inclusive communities where diverse individuals grow together.
Additionally, three-minute pitch presentations using the booth’s display monitor drew the attention of passing attendees, introducing innovative models of social impact through Career Impact Bond and Digital Impact Sourcing initiatives.

This debut exhibition marks an important first step for Robo Co-op in expanding public engagement and community outreach.
