We are proud to announce that Robo Co-op has received the Gold Certification in the Cultural Diversity Index (CDI), organized by the Cultural Diversity Promotion Association. Following last year’s Silver Certification, this year’s Gold recognition marks a significant milestone — a testament to our continued efforts to turn diversity into strength.
■ What is the Cultural Diversity Index (CDI)?
The CDI is a certification system that evaluates and promotes organizations fostering environments where people with diverse backgrounds — including foreign nationals and refugees — can work, learn, and thrive alongside Japanese colleagues with confidence and mutual respect.
In 2025, 22 organizations were certified nationwide, and only 8 achieved Gold status. We are truly honored to be among them.
