What is the difference between Robo Claw and OpenClaw?

OpenClaw is an open-source platform for running AI agents. Robo Claw is a managed service that designs OpenClaw according to the operations, trust boundaries, permissions, approvals, and operations of major tourism and accommodation companies and continuously manages and operates it.

Can it link with reservation management, PMS, and CRS?

Integration itself is possible depending on the configuration, but the integration method varies depending on the specifications and contract conditions of the target system, so individual design and confirmation are required. This does not guarantee integration with all reservation management, PMS, or CRS systems.

Can reservations and rates be automatically confirmed?

Automation can handle candidate organization and draft creation, but in many cases, we recommend a design that leaves human approval for reservation confirmations/cancellations and fare changes. The scope of automation is designed individually for each business.
